"We had a snake that made a nest in a free-standing fire pit on our patio. We saw it go underneath and up into the structure and patiently waited for it to come out, but to no avail. Since it was in a high traffic area, we weren't comfortable just leaving it there. We called Steve and he immediately responded and scheduled a time shortly thereafter to remove the snake. He arrived in a timely manner, and stuck with the project which turned out to be a bit challenging (the snake had nested in an area that was not easy to access).
