Steve is the ultimate professional! He understands every aspect of his work and deals with the issues in a humane and respectful manner. He has worked with us on three separate occasions, in different homes. On one occasion, he trapped and safely relocated a family of squirrels that was chewing the columns on our front porch. He is always prompt, dependable, and courteous. I highly recommend his services!- Linda F. 01/2023- We had a snake that made a nest in a free-standing fire pit on our patio. We saw it go underneath and up into the structure and patiently waited for it to come out, but to no avail. Since it was in a high traffic area, we weren't comfortable just leaving it there. We called Steve and he immediately responded and scheduled a time shortly thereafter to remove the snake. He arrived in a timely manner, and stuck with the project which turned out to be a bit challenging (the snake had nested in an area that was not easy to access). - Steve was excellent. I called and was very concerned that some animal was in my house. I asked if he could come over right away and he came over within an hour or so and identified that is was a squirrel by the evidence in the house. - Can't recommend Steve highly enough. He helped us with bats in our attic with a humane and effective method and sealing of our house eaves. Then, on NYE - with a house full of family and kids - one must have gotten in via a chimney opening, and Steve not only took our call at like 8pm on a holiday - but promptly came out and caught it. - Called Discovery wildlife after my dog got sprayed by a skunk very early in morning. Steve came out, set 3 traps and by 7:30 that evening The skunk AND a big raccoon had been caught. - A bat got into the house through an open window early in the morning. We called that morning and he explained what to expect and when to call him. I couldn’t wait that late in the evening so I called him around 7:30 and he came within the hour. He went all through the house while explaining what he was doing and showing us places the bat could hide. He found and removed the bat. Now we can sleep again!- Jean Jordan. 7/5/2019
